Hailing from a humble Kenyan upbringing and being the first in my family to pursue an education abroad, my journey through life has been shaped by diverse experiences including appreciating an international community and engaging with a broad range of social perspectives. It’s what has led me to explore different cultures and fueled my interest in learning languages like Spanish and Japanese. In turn, I guess, I can owe that to fact that I grew up speaking three languages at the same time! On top of that, I am also a student. Coming to my final semester at Capilano University, I am seeking to integrate my passion for Computer Science with meaningful, real-world applications.
